Date of Offense: November 18th, 2003
Incident took place early Tuesday morning involving a charcoal colored Dodge Spirit.
Vehicle should show extensive damage to the front. Damage is mostly cosmetic to include a missing grill that was left at the scene. The vehicle and operator are wanted for questioning in regards to a property damage incident, including harmed animals (Elk) at a domesticated animal farm. The vehicle should have hair from the animal remaining in the grill area. In the trunk of the car should be blood stains from an Elk that was taken from the scene.
